For more than a decade, BCN Homes, a real estate development company based in Arlington, Virginia, has built many of the finest custom homes and additions in Arlington and the surrounding areas. The company prides itself on delivering homes of the highest quality construction that enhance our unique, existing neighborhoods, and providing a memorable, positive experience for our clients through the construction process and for many years thereafter.
After building a strong reputation in the local residential real estate market of Northern Virginia, BCN expanded into Northern Virginia commercial development in 2006 when it gutted and rebuilt the historic Masonic Lodge in Arlington located at 3195 Wilson Boulevard, now home to The Liberty Tavern restaurant and bar.

Brian and Christine Normile
Brian and Chris Normile formed BCN ten years ago as BCN Enterprises, LLC, now known as BCN Homes. With a love for the local neighborhoods and the desire to take on fixer-upper projects as a side business, the Normile's began renovating homes in Lyon Village, and since then have built the business into a diversified real estate company with seven full time employees. After enjoying four different homes over ten years in Lyon Village, Brian and Chris and their three children now reside across town in Arlington in the Country Club Hills neighborhood.

Brian Normile
Brian Normile, CPA, is the Managing Member for BCN Homes and BCN Design/Build. Brian began his career in commercial real estate in Washington, DC, before forming his own company and focusing on residential building in the North Arlington area. Every project BCN builds begins with Brian and his team at the design phase so he can ensure BCN will deliver the custom home or renovation they desire and he closely guides each BCN team member throughout project construction. Brian has a BS from LeMoyne College and a Masters degree from Binghamton University.

Chris Normile
Chris Normile, Director of Marketing, formed BCN with her husband, Brian, and joined BCN after a career in marketing telecommunications. Chris manages all signage, print and online marketing and directs all company advertising. She has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from George Washington University.

Colin Phalen
Colin Phalen, Director of Construction, BCN Design/Build, has been a member of the BCN team since 2002. Colin's depth of experience with BCN is integral to the team. He manages design, estimating, construction, and customer satisfaction for the BCN Design/Build division and works closely with clients to schedule and implement the selections for each home under construction and ensure a timely delivery and high quality product. He has a BA from Oneonta State University and a Masters degree from George Mason University.

Mike Dameron
Mike Dameron, Director of Construction, BCN Design/Build, joined the BCN team in 2010 after seven years with a national luxury homebuilder. Mike's depth of experience will involve project management, estimating, and customer satisfaction for the BCN Design/Build division. He has a BS in Building Construction from Virginia Tech.

Anne Indrisano
Anne Indrisano joined BCN in June 2006 as Controller. Anne began her career in public accounting and also worked for several years practicing accounting in the real estate and banking industries. Anne is a CPA and manages accounting and finance for BCN. She has a BBA from James Madison University.

Ashley Polo
Ashley Polo, BCN's Client Service Manager, joined the BCN team in 2008 after three years in the homebuilding industry. Ashley seamlessly manages and communicates information inside BCN offices, between construction managers, customization managers, homebuyers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. She has a BBA with a concentration in Marketing from James Madison University.

Maria Wright
Maria Wright joined BCN in 2009 with more than six years of experience as a project architect specializing in high-end residential design. She is responsible for managing BCN's architectural needs, including design concepts, permit plans, and construction administration. A LEED Accredited Professional since 2005, Maria has valuable experience implementing Green Building strategies into the design build process. Maria is a graduate of Yale University with a BA in Architecture.

Caitlin Collins
Caitlin joined BCN in 2010 as Office Manager and is involved in many aspects of the business. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2010 with a BS in Criminal Justice.

Bryan Jackson
Bryan Jackson, Project Manager for BCN Design/Build, joined the BCN team in 2011 after 8 years as a project manager in the home building industry where he focused on building large luxury homes and 3 years as a project manager for a general construction contractor focusing on government contracts. He has his BBA with a concentration in Finance from Roanoke College and is a LEED GA.
