Customizations

The BCN Team works closely with its clients to individually customize each home with distinctive finishes and unique details. Purchasers of new homes who come to BCN early in the construction process, and BCN Design Build clients, will work closely with our team to design their own custom home through an extensive customization program working with expert suppliers. BCN welcomes the opportunity to customize each home it builds and our extensive customization program sets us apart from the competition.

You will work hand in hand with BCN's full-time Selections' Coordinator and your assigned Project Manager to customize many aspects of your home and truly make it your own. Areas of customization include the kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, exterior and interior color schemes, flooring, tile, home technology systems, wine cellars, basement wet bars, built-in cabinetry, landscaping and more.
