BCN is excited to introduce you to our new project manager, Ryan Franklin. Ryan brings with him 7 years of production home building experience, from a top five national homebuilder. Ryan has built, settled, and serviced over 400 homes and brings with him a quality control standard that is unsurpassed. Along with his production home building experience, he also brings with him three years of commercial/government construction knowledge. These projects included government and military agencies focused on remodeling, renovations, and new construction of historic facilities. BCN plans on utilizing his skills in estimating, customer relations, new construction, and renovations/remodeling of existing homes.

BCN is thrilled to announce the newest addition to the BCN team! Bryan Jackson, Project Manager for BCN Design/Build, joined the BCN team in 2011 after 8 years as a project manager in the home building industry where he focused on building large luxury homes and 3 years as a project manager for a general construction contractor focusing on government contracts. He has his BBA with a concentration in Finance from Roanoke College and is a LEED GA.

Both Energy Star Qualified and Arlington Green Home Choice Approved, this home is a healthy, comfortable, cost efficient home that reduces energy and water usage and sustains the environment. Green construction practices are used to minimize and recycle construction waste, Energy Star Rated appliances are being installed, superior insulation practices to are being utilized, and careful architectural/engineering design has been used to minimize energy consumption.

BCN is excited to announce a new addition to the Design/Build team! Maria Wright joined BCN in the fall of 2009 as a full time architect. Maria joined the BCN team from Ponte Mellor Architects, and previously managed design for a large, high-end, remodeling company. Maria is currently designing both residential and commercial projects for BCN.
