The Children’s School

BCN proudly developed and completed The Children’s School at 4770 Langston Boulevard in May 2022. This state-of-the-art, 27,544 sq. ft., three-story daycare facility features an elevated rooftop play deck and underground parking, offering a thoughtfully designed space by Davis Carter Scott of DCS Design, for early childhood education.

As the owner and developer, BCN collaborated closely with The Children’s School and Arlington County to bring this build-to-suit project to life. Marking a significant milestone for the area, this is the largest project constructed on Langston Boulevard in years, showcasing BCN’s commitment to innovative and high-quality development.
