The Children’s School

BCN proudly developed and completed The Children’s School at 4770 Langston Boulevard in May 2022. This state-of-the-art, 27,544 sq. ft., three-story daycare facility features an elevated rooftop play deck and underground parking, offering a thoughtfully designed space for early childhood education.

As the owner and developer, BCN collaborated closely with The Children’s School and Arlington County to bring this build-to-suit project to life. Marking a significant milestone for the area, this is the largest project constructed on Langston Boulevard in years, showcasing BCN’s commitment to innovative and high-quality development.
