Lyon Hall Restaurant
3100 Washington Boulevard, Arlington Virginia
Originally built in 1946 by renowned builder and developer Frank Lyon, the Lyon Hall building is a striking example of Streamline Moderne architecture. Formerly known as the Dan Kain Trophy Building, it was officially recognized as a historic landmark by Arlington County in 1988.
As the developer and investor, BCN thoughtfully transformed this iconic space into Lyon Hall, and its founders opened it with the Fedorchak’s into a vibrant and welcoming restaurant that preserves its architectural heritage while offering a modern dining experience. This project highlights BCN’s commitment to revitalizing historic properties with purpose and vision, and it was opened in 2010. Learn more about Lyon Hall.
